CXY Yearly Wrap Up

As 2022 draws very quickly to a close, amongst the last-minute Christmas panic I remind myself what Christmas is all about, it’s a time for loved ones, family, and friends, it’s time to pause and give thanks.?

I find myself eternally grateful to my work family, and to our customers many of which I am privileged enough to refer to as some of my dearest friends.?

2022 has been an interesting, challenging, exciting and at times uncertain year for us all at CXY and our customers. The challenges that we have all faced due to global, economic, and governmental influences have been hard to predict and navigate, yet together we have come through this stronger with great opportunity ahead as we look forward to 2023.?

We have helped our customers navigate rising costs, supply chain uncertainties, ESG, essential spend, resource challenges, increasing customer expectations and demands requiring agility and fast pivoting, falling revenues and declining profits. All of which are now on the road to growth, thanks to the outstanding team at CXY. We find ourselves doing more and more with our investor customers. Reducing risk through extremely effective due diligence, supporting our legal and financial partners; supporting their portfolio customers through transition and growth, and helping others increase their multipliers for exit or further investment.?

Operationally we now have feet on the ground in the USA, Asia, and South Africa and look to land in the UAE and the Nordics early next year. We officially launch the CXY Academy Jan 2023 our on-line training platform for SME’s, teaching them the secret Coca Cola recipe that has propelled so many businesses. We have launched a new website, refreshed the brand and been involved in many fabulous PR pieces, talks, events, podcasts, fireside chats and panels.?

We have welcomed several new members to the team and built some outstanding strategic partnerships. Supporting and collaborating with some of the bigger players in our field that really value the hands-on experience that we bring. We are now able to provide additional much more tactical solutions to our customers. From sales support to external marketing resource, bid writing, financial modelling, communication strategies, research projects, business process improvement and efficiency; Offering outsourced solution to our customers that feel like a truly insourced solution, providing bite sized practical support as well as our full end to end transformation offering.?

When I look back at what we have achieved this year it is nothing far from extraordinary and I know the team at CXY, our customers, partners, suppliers, and ambassadors are very ready for a Christmas break and time with their friends and family outside of work. So may I take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all of you as without you none of this would be possible.?

Personally, I have been reminded of what really matters and that’s taking care of each other and as importantly ourselves.?

So, from me it’s time to wish you all a wonderful Christmas/Festive period and a very happy and prosperous New Year, I look forward to working with you all in 2023 excited for the challenges we face, as after this year I know together we can get through anything. Remember to get some rest and relaxation taking care of your loved ones and of yourselves.?
