?? Quiet Quitting: What Is It and How Can Your Business Avoid It?
After two years of COVID stress, workers were somewhat discombobulated. Holidays didn’t happen, but burnout did. And workers sought better work/life balance.
This, coupled with the labour shortages brought on by COVID (a prime trigger for burnout), and workers have seemingly called “ENOUGH!â€.
- Enough answering emails at any time of day (particularly out of work hours).
- Enough working on projects and tasks outside of their job spec.
- Enough of toxic work environments where unhealthy competition between workers is the norm.
- Enough of the long hours and meeting the sometimes-ridiculous expectations of their employer.

?? What does The Great Resignation mean for companies looking to expand?
The Great Resignation has been generating buzz recently, but most still aren’t sure if this phenomenon should simply be treated like a passing fad. ‘The Great Resignation’ was a?term coined by Anthony Klotz, an associate professor of management at Texas A&M University.
He predicted that as life gradually returns to normal in the post-pandemic era, more and more people would turn their backs on the 9-5 office grind.
Find out the catalysts for the great resignation, as well as how companies might react to this new era HERE.
?? The Talent Supply Chain: Convergence of Gig Economy and Remote Work
The talent supply chain is experiencing a transformation considering the growing gig economy and recent global developments brought about by the pandemic.
For the enterprise to manage this complex stakeholder group successfully, there are multiple factors to consider. One of the fundamental keys is ensuring strategic supply-chain management thinking is integrated into HR practices – something many organizations fall short on.
Organizations that embrace – rather than resist – the gig economy and remote working or a hybrid workforce will be the beneficiaries in the future of work, as their supply-chain will evolve to suit these changes in economic and workforce trends. Read more HERE.
