This week we held a virtual CX Roundtable for the Public Sector (in partnership with Teleperformance ). Our keynote speaker was GenAI expert, Paul Joustra , who talked about the use of AI, and in particular, the professional version of ChatGPT as a facilitator of the citizen, colleague and customer experience of tomorrow. We will send you all the report in the next few weeks.
We also announced our next CX Webinar which is in partnership with Concentrix + Webhelp . During the webinar we will hear from Frank Neumann (Vice President, Global Analytics & Consumer Insights at Vans, a VF Company ) the intention behind Vans Family and how the programme is one of the most admired loyalty programmes in retail.
