Our next CXFO Leaders Summit will take place on 22nd March at The Savoy in London. The topic of discussion for this edition will be: Consumer Connection – How to Build Community Beyond Loyalty Points. Join the CXFO team and co-hosts Concentrix to share your challenges and experiences amongst peers, and explore what loyalty really means in today’s world.
On 20th April, we will be bringing CX and Contact Centre leaders together for in-depth discussions about Customer Experience in the Public Sector . The event will lead and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Contact Centre and CX industry, with actionable insight to shape and influence future direction and industry decisions for the sector.
