A Cwtch and a Cuppa

Cwtch is the Welsh word for hug, cuddle or a, big bear cwtch. It is one of those wonderful Welsh words that is really hard to translate into English.

A cwtch and a cuppa come into play when:

• You need a chat with a friend
• A surprise happened or you need to process something,
• A connection with a long lost relative.

In business, we sometimes need to pause and give our business a cwtch. A long, pause, a glimpse at the future and if it aligns to where we are now.

We can do this in a few ways:

• Imagine where we want our business to fit into our life.
• How it would change our families, our health and our happiness.
• If the efforts, planning and systems we currently use match where we want to be.
