The 58-year-old led the club to the?Europa League ?semi finals during a successful three-year spell between 2013 and 2016, and makes a swift return to management after an ill-fated stint at Marseille earlier this season. ? Elsewhere in Europe,?Urs Fischer bade a “painful” farewell to Union Berlin after five incredible years in charge. Fischer led the club to the?Bundesliga ?for the first time in their history in his first season, and leaves in the middle of their historic debut campaign in the?Champions League . Phillip Cocu has left Eredevisie bottom club Vitesse Arnhem, while Liga Portugal strugglers Arouca named former André-Villas Boas assistant Daniel Sousa as their new boss.

Former England futsal head coach?Michael Skubala ?has left his most recent role at Leeds United to take over at?Lincoln City , while?Des Buckingham ?(above) has departed Mumbai City to replace another former City Group employee,?Liam Manning , at Oxford United. On the subject of the City Group, they have a new head of performance analysis in the shape of Daniel Fradley.
