CVC to Host Candlelight Vigil to Remember those lost to Violence

WEST CHESTER, PA (April 19, 2023) – The Crime Victims’ Center of Chester County, Inc. (CVC) will hold its Annual Candlelight Vigil and Memorial Service to remember loved ones and fallen law enforcement lost to violent crime in Chester County on April 27th at the Crime Victims’ Memorial Site in Kardon Park at 6:00 p.m.

?One of CVC’s core services is to assist those who have been victimized by crime through their process of healing through advocacy and counseling.?The Annual Candlelight Vigil and Memorial Service has been held since 1991 (with the exception of 2020).?This event is open to everyone and for those wishing to attend, the service and vigil will take place outside at the Victims’ Memorial in Kardon Park, Downingtown. No RSVP is necessary.?As the event is being held completely outside at the Memorial, seating is very limited so if you would like to guarantee a seat for the service, please bring a chair or blanket. This event is weather permitting and any cancellations will be posted on the Facebook event page and CVC’s website.
