CVB 2016 CameraSuite, the latest version of Stemmer imaging’s high-performance and easy-to-install development environment for machine vision has been released. This adds support for USB3 vision compliant cameras alongside its support for GigE vision cameras. This makes it even more flexible than before allowing you to chop and change between a GigE or USB3 camera from any supplier without having to change your core software. CVB can be installed on any computer making it truly hardware independent.

What does this mean?

Your software can be used for USB3 and GigE cameras.

Gecko recording software from vision experts now supports USB3 vision cameras. This allows for higher speed capture with ease.

You can now use the improved search algorithm polimago, this can improve both the speed and robustness of your pattern match search.
