Cutting Production Supervisor

We are looking for a position of production supervisor ( Cutting) in the automotive industry

Profil:

• Bac + 3 Production & Quality Management...
• 4 years’ experience in the same position

Mission?:

• Follow up the indicators of the production area according to the objectives of the production: 0 Accident- 0 Defaults -100% Delivery?
• Responsible for the distribution and optimization of HDC and technical resources to meet client needs and achieve the objectives of the Production
• Responsible for carrying out production tasks throughout the department in accordance with the production plan
• Assist team leaders and encourage them to take decisions
• Reflect with the Colaborators on some issues, propose improvements and develop action plans
• Responsible for achieving the necessary internal and external quality level
• French: Good
• English / Spanish: Average
• Basic knowledge in office automation
• Very good knowledge in team management
