Cut your nose to spite your face
Last week I had a gentlemen call me wanting a quote for a repolish job, I said "sure let me go take a look." I drove over to his facility, and when I entered the building I noticed a "creamed polished floor" with glue from the VCT all over the floor still. I asked the gentleman "How long a go was this done? he replied " a little over a year ago," and explained he lives in a different state and felt like he was taken advantage of....
He asked if I could get rid of the white markings on the floor? I said "yes sir, but I'll have to start completely over." Lets just say he didn't like hearing that, so I sent him a quote and he signed it. A few days later we arrived to job and started the correct polishing process and gave this man what he previously thought he paid for to begin with.
Moral of this story is you get what you pay for and don't let saving a few dollars get in the way of costing you way more in the long run, do some research on reputable contractors and pick a professional and "don't cut your nose to spite your face." By: Tyler Henderson
