Your Journey Begins: Creating Your Proof of Work (PoW)

1. Project Selection: Carefully review the provided list of 10 trainee projects. Choose projects that align with your interests, career goals, and skill development aspirations. Consider projects that offer exposure to diverse technologies and real-world challenges.
2. In-Depth Research & Visualization: Conduct thorough research on each selected project. Understand the project's objectives, functionalities, target audience, and potential impact. Create detailed technical and functional visualizations: Use Case Diagrams: Illustrate user interactions and system functionalities. Data Flow Diagrams: Visualize data movement within the system. Architecture Diagrams: Depict system components and their relationships. Wireframes/Mockups: Create user interface representations. Technical Documentation: Detail programming languages, databases, and technical requirements.
3. Resource Identification: Identify the necessary enterprise-grade IT infrastructure resources: Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Virtual machines (VMs), Databases (SQL, NoSQL), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Version control (Git), IDEs, API Gateways, CI/CD pipelines.
4. Mentor Collaboration & Budgeting: Discuss technical requirements and budget with your Project Lead/Mentor. Leverage HCDS Technologies' 40% to 60% sponsorship on enterprise resources. Utilize the stipend (INR 7500 to INR 18000) to minimize costs.
5. Resource Acquisition: Acquire necessary resources based on the approved budget. Set up cloud accounts, provision VMs, install software, and configure development environments.
6. Project Implementation: Begin building your projects using the acquired resources. Adhere to software development best practices.
7. Stipend & Documentation: Receive stipend slips and a joining letter. Maintain accurate records of stipend and resource usage.
8. Mentorship & Reporting: Participate in weekly mentorship sessions. Provide regular progress reports.
9. Internship Completion & Career Advancement: Receive a 3/6-month internship certificate. Obtain a letter of recommendation. Potentially receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) ranging from INR 3.15 LPA to 9.75 LPA.

• Book a daypass through WeWork OnDemand (weekdays, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
• Locations include Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.
