The outside of your home is just as important as the inside. All of our exteriors are made from James Hardie siding and trim. Other materials we use are natural stones, stone veneers, glass tiles, and more. We also provide expansive upgrade options that can raise the overall value estimate of your home. For example, a 2-inch full home depth extension that increases your home's total square footage. Who wouldn't want a bigger home without having to move!

Last, our communities offer plenty of lush green space for neighborhood amenities. We preserve as much of the original landscape as we can. Our homes are also provided with sod for front lawns, as well as the side yard to the back corners of the house.
