Yeah, it's a subtle trap. As an organisation grows, it usually does need more (and better) internal processes to run smoothly, but it tends to move away from a customer focus - and especially away from bringing customers "inside the walls".

Thanks for the podcast Gihan. I have worked for large corporates in the past and have sat in many a management meeting where the bulk of the discussion was focused on internal processes. Often it seems the more a business grows the more it becomes inwardly focused - and less agile.?
