Why customers don't buy your product → 5 types of customers in the?world

Have you ever encountered that, your products are not getting sold day by day, and you are concerned about your profits, efforts you’re adding and time you’re wasting?

Then this article is the one that can filter customers for you, which I have learned from my experience and from various sources, classes, and seminars.

Before proceeding further, I’d like to appreciate the work of all salespeople.

I know It’s really important things to have the skills of selling if you want to be rich in reality than a dream.

Magic of Selling → If you’re a person who hates reading or listening to books and really doesn’t want to do anything in your life but wants a big success, you can sell anything you want. And all the knowledge of books from the entire world, Will come to you magically.

Selling is the one single thing in this world that can improve you if you’re in a search of a Shortcut for Success.

Because I thought, selling is the only single skill that will improve you in building relationships, communicating effectively, speaking in public, creating strong perceptions, presenting anything, performing yourself better every day, showcasing your ability, and doing the highest efforts and much, much more just for one single sale.

But instead of this, 90% of people around the globe, hate selling, and so, money hates them in return.

This article is for those who’re in the selling industry. And I really love them all because the world can’t understand, how much effort, skills, abilities, discipline, performance, and energy a salesperson needs to do for doing just one single sale.

I heartily salute all of you.

Now, As a Salesperson, while you’re in the industry of selling, you’ve to understand why you’re doing it. Because there are so many demotivated people in this industry.

But, to be true to you, I think, the world’s easiest and most wonderful thing that any person can do is, selling.

And at the same time, You’ve to understand, that the world is filled with different kinds of people, to avoid those blood-sucking customers. They will suck the blood of the salesperson and you, as a salesperson, will end up doing no business.

I am a salesperson for my own business and for other businesses, I have made thousands of sales using telephone, direct approach, and indirect selling.

I have faced many rejections, almost 240 rejections every day if I count my career in the selling industry to continue 4 months without any leave, as a learner. If I collect all my success in this, I’ve made almost 5% success in selling, while I was learning my selling skills.

Then I made it possible to increase this approach by 25% in my own business.

So, What I learn from all my life selling is, “People will suck your blood if you don’t aware of their nature and type

With this learning, I encountered almost 5 types of people in my selling experience.

The first type of Customer: Confirm Converting

People who are authentic and really need your service and don’t concern about how much you charge. These people have needs, wants interests, money, and the ability to use your product immediately.

The second type of Customer: Mindset Obligations

People who may do concern about the charge but have mindset issues or fear to get the product.

Most of the time, these are the people who can directly purchase your product if you clear their mindset issues. Such as, they’re maybe feeling worried about the future, or they’re having a lack of trust in the results.

The third type of Customer: Confidence Obligations

People who do have a need and wants for the product, but they are not having the money and mindset to purchase your product. These people lack self-esteem, confidence, and courage.

Even if you say them to collect the money to purchase the product or show any ways to do it, they are lack self-esteem, and they will not sure even to themselves that, they will do it or not.

The fourth type of Customer: Suspicious Obligations

Especially in India. I faced this type of customer.

Suppose, if I am selling a product worth 100 rupees and others are selling it at 500 rupees, people will not trust me, because They will first ask, “why do you charge this lower? Is your service really equal to what others are giving? Are you giving full features in it? I think you’re not going to give me great results, right? I am sure you’ll lure me and will cheat me, right?”

I know this question is strange to you maybe, but I have faced it.

Many people shifted to my competitors at the beginning of my business, only because, My charges were so authentic, real, and smaller in the industry.

Because, people are having giant perceptions about, Items that are really, really important for life, they think it must be, very costly.

So I concluded the fourth type of people in this.

They do have money to purchase or do not have, this doesn’t matter here. What they only consider is, “Why this much? Why this much not?”

To be true to you. I have sold my product at 5 times higher prices only because of these perceptions. Okay, this doesn’t mean that I have not earned a big profit, YES I earned it, but I can’t help them with their perception and I don’t want to change their perception. And obviously, why should I?

The fifth type of Customer: Confirm Not Converting

This Fifth type of people is Critics and “Maha-Gurus”. He-he.

Yes, they are critics because they just want to compare you with others and want to lower your market. Although, these are not harmful as such.

But others, known as “Maha-Gurus” which means “Master of Masters” are very harmful to you. Because they want to know, “How much you know” even if they don’t have any idea about the product you’re selling.

These are blood-sucking customers. They are just there to waste your time. They just want free information from you. They don’t have any to do with your product, but they want to confirm that, “they are Maha-Gurus”. He-he.

What is there for you to?learn?

Instead of selling everything to everyone, why you’re not filtering your customers with the above type.

You can ask the right questions to every customer.

Once they’ll answer your question, you’ll automatically filter them all. But the part of the question I’ll discuss later if you comment below.

Based on the above type, you can directly understand whether your sales will happen or not.

This way, I am sure, you’ll save your time, you’ll become more productive, and you’ll make your sales go up.
