Customer Service Rules

Even though many people find working in customer service rewarding, it can also be challenging at times. To help keep you and your team motivated, I have adapted one statement - (From Bambi) "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all."

Treating your customers properly, extend further than business and can impact your life.

Rule#1 in customer service is "the customer is always right".

Rule#2 in customer service is "in case the customer is wrong, read RULE #1.
