The Position: Service and Retention Consultant (Veterinary Nurse)?

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll provide unparalleled support for our customers as they navigate their pet insurance journeys. You’ll ensure claims are processed swiftly and accurately while delivering compassionate, tail-wagging customer service. Your ability to connect with our customers and empathise with their needs will be the heartbeat of our operations!?

Your Responsibilities:?
