In today's thriving and dynamic industries, customer service is key for the survival and success of an organization. Customer Service is not just providing an ordinary service to the customer but providing extraordinary service to them. When we go the extra mile as well as "surprise and delight" our customers we tend to get more than a thank you. It is truly gratifying when customers go out of their way to truly express their appreciation. Being customer-centric focus is truly what it is all about. We must design our business around our customers. We must listen and value all of the customers' concerns, questions, and suggestions. We must always remember that none of us would be in business without customers. You must treat each and every customer like Gold or precious Gem.
