CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY - GREAT COMPANY CULTURE & BENEFITS - BURTON, OH

?Established in 1987 by brothers Brian and Keith Monroe, Monroe Plumbing Inc. (Burton, OH), has grown to approximately 30 employees with more than 250 years of collective experience. We specialize in plumbing repairs, upgrade projects, new home construction, and commercial construction. Our CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR ensures customer satisfaction through prompt phone reception, work order processing, and through coordinating customer service needs with available resources. In this role, you will coordinate the schedule and communication with plumbing technicians, and you’ll act as a liaison to project management and service manager concerning service calls, progress, and delays.

What you’ll do:

·????????Provide information, resolve problems, and train customers on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·????????Coordinate and dispatch service technicians.

·????????Respond to customer inquiries and provide information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential work orders.

·????????Organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.

·????????Schedule work assignments in order of priority and date received.

·????????Create, code, review, and process work orders for services and products.

·????????Resolve customer requests for adjustments in work orders or billings.

·????????Review, monitor, and process all correspondence to and from customers.

·????????Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

·????????At least two years of administrative and customer service experience.

·????????Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.

·????????Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.

·????????Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

·????????Ability to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues including customer complaints and concerns.

·????????High school diploma or equivalent.??????????????????

·????????Beginning to intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Internet.

·????????Above average written and verbal communication skills.

·????????Detail oriented nature.

·????????Ability to prioritize and use time effectively.

·????????Creative and effective problem-solving skills.

·????????Superior ability to build relationships.

·????????Excellent communication skills.
