Customer Service Administrator
We are delighted to be working with our Award Winning, Legal client in the Boroughbridge area to recruit a Customer Services Administrator for their office.
This is a brand new role, with a varied outlook. The Owner of the business would love to have someone passionate enough to grow the role in other directions too.
What is a Customer Service Administrator?
The vision is to have a fantastic, welcoming and professional host when clients visit the office. Someone able to make a client feel at home and valued. Whether that's asking how their journey has been or making them a brew. With your string organisational skills, not only will you support clients face to face but you will also assist over the phone - fielding calls to the right people, taking enquiries, logging information with attention to detail and accuracy. Your work will also see you producing documents for approval, so great literacy and grammar will be a huge benefit. You may be taking care of incoming post, or you could be preparing documents to be sent to a client. It is likely you will be involved in unique projects too involving research, seminars, events etc. As ambassador for the business, you will go out and network and share details of the business and services with others. That's why fantastic communication skills and the ability to build rapport is key.

This role is flexible and can be considered as full or part time.
Salary for Customer Service Administrator full time up to £25,000
Monday to Friday 9-5
