I am very proud to share that TCS Norway has been ranked as #1 in customer satisfaction by our clients according to Whitelane study. TCS in the Nordics also continues its place in the pole position for the eleventh year running.
The Whitelane study has revealed some interesting trends in Norway showing that outsourcing is being driven by those customers looking for i) scalability to their business needs, ii) access to innovation and iii) business transformation along with focus on improvement of service quality.
As a company, we will continue to work alongside our customers to drive digital transformation as well as align our services to the changing needs in the emerging situation, thereby serving the Norwegian society in a meaningful way.
