Customer Pre-Purchase Inspection: Week 1
Welcome to JetHQ’s Custom Pre-Purchase Inspection discussion series! Over the next five weeks, we will share insights that challenge the conventional approach to Pre-Purchase Inspections. At JetHQ, our objective is to revolutionize the industry by shifting from traditional, standard inspection scopes to fully customized strategies. Our new approach tailors inspections to the unique serial number and history of each aircraft, resulting in reduced downtime, lower costs, and an improved experience. Stay tuned as we explore how our customized pre-purchase inspections can optimize this critical part of your aircraft transaction.
The Problem with Standard Inspections: They’re Costing You Time and Money
In today’s aircraft market, pre-purchase inspections—once a straightforward and efficient process—have turned into prolonged, costly ordeals. What used to take just 2 to 5 days now extends into months of downtime. Costs have skyrocketed, consuming 10% to 20% of the aircraft’s value. This isn’t just about supply chain delays or manpower shortages; service centers are increasingly inflating costs by adding unnecessary checks—such as inspecting parts not due for maintenance for thousands of hours. The result? Frustration, excessive time consumption, and unnecessary expenses for aircraft owners and buyers alike.
Our Solution: Custom Pre-Purchase Inspections Designed for Your Aircraft
Relying on standard pre-purchase inspections to determine an aircraft's condition is inefficient and outdated. With JetHQ’s customized pre-purchase inspections, each aircraft is evaluated based on its unique serial number, history, and specific needs. This approach ensures that only the necessary checks are performed, giving buyers confidence that all critical aspects of the aircraft have been thoroughly assessed according to a tailored plan, while sellers avoid unnecessary costs. The result? Faster transactions, reduced expenses, and complete confidence in the aircraft's condition.
