I took inspiration for this approach from Ritesh Agarwal sir (Founder & Group CEO of- OYO) from his interviews where he once highlighted how sir was surprised to see the difference in the effectiveness of his audience or need analysis research on sitting at a computer desk for 4 months versus that one single interview he had for even less than a day with a potential client in person.
Oftentimes, we see the entrepreneurs of today's world rushing after getting more features, striving for having all the ethereal necessities that one could have in their product.
What most fail to understand however here is that in this conundrum of "thinking" what their customer needs are, they end up with a very quixotic approach towards their product line refinement.
Look around you for a moment, see the products you have, the ones you purchased yourself and ask yourself a very simple question- "Did I get this as it does the job of 10 tools in an average manner or does the one job it is supposed to do in a manner that nothing else can beat it?"
The shock of verisimilitude hits on a different level once we begin to understand the depth.
