CUSTOMER IS THE KING

“Customer is King” is an age-old mantra reflecting the importance of customers or consumers in every business. Traditionally it means the promise to provide good products or services with evolving technology it means a lot more than just products or services.

How then do we achieve this?

1.?????Give them the best.??

Customers always want the same thing — the best value for their money. You have to keep yourself in their shoes and understand the exact requirement of your customer and suggest the best option you have. Ask yourself always, what will my king (the customer) need or want?

2.?Give your King some power.?

Giving your customer some power means that you involve your customer in the product life cycle. Something like customizing your product or changing the customer journey. Let them give feedback about how they feel about it.

3. Make their life easier.?

Customers want to save time, money, and energy, therefore you have to make sure you’re accessible to your customers. Be where your customers are because saving them the hassle and the bustle will make them more likely to patronize you. You need not to be present everywhere but you have to be present at least where your customers expect you like an online store or online catalog, or a working phone number etc. This makes their life easier.

Whatever industry you are in, whatever business you are into, your customers and would-be customers will always be one of your most valuable stakeholders. How well you treat them will always have an impact on your business.?
