3 个月Both are equally important and firm in their respective roles. Taking care of employees leads to good customer satisfaction because motivated employees will go the extra mile to please customers. Similarly, when customers are happy, it results in a positive company ROI, which is directly or indirectly linked to the benefits employees receive. So, in my opinion it's completely a close chain.
