Customer experience, where does it begin? Initial contact so your website? What does your website do for your customer? Could it be picking up the phone and having it go to a live person instead of a voicemail? For many small business owners having resources is tricky, so where should you invest your time??
In our business, providing the customer with an outstanding experience from beginning to end is essential to us, from having them be able to find us in a search to giving them information when they view our website in the form of content and before and after pictures to responding to emails, texts, and phone calls promptly.?
When our crews go out to a customer's home or business, give them a heads up to let them know we are on our way to arriving on time, uniformed, so they know it is our team and professionally conducting themselves.?
Next is the work itself, giving 100% customer satisfaction by doing a walk-through when the work is completed to ensure the customer is happy with the work they have received. Over the past nine years, we have been fortunate to make so many friends from the people we have had the pleasure to service; you look forward to going back to see them and catch up. Even as we have grown, we still maintain that bond.?

At times and not very often, we have customer issues after the fact, but we deal with them immediately and ensure the matter is resolved. Of course, we are not perfect and always have room for improvement, but the fact that we continually try to push this and make the customer experience enjoyable is a win, in my books.?
