Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be able to review and reply to your messages from a single inbox. This refers to all incoming messages—SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, and more. Our system notifies you about every new message, showing you the number of texts in the right corner.

To review all incoming messages, click on the inbox tab on the left-hand side menu:?

  • In the “Inbox” tab, you will see the total number of received and unread messages?
  • In the “Assigned to Me” tab, you will see all conversations assigned to you
  • In the “Unassigned” tab, you will see unassigned conversations
  • In the “Other” tab, you will see all conversations assigned to other users

Once you click on the phone number, the conversation thread will open, and you’ll see the history of the conversation with a specific phone number.
