Customer Centricity Specialist for SCIB Paints

Job Description

• Foster a customer-centric culture in keeping with our brand image.

• Tracking?and evaluating the customer?experiences across online and offline channels, touchpoints and supported services and facilitating improvements.

• Collect, track and analyze customer feedback via market visits, phone calls, email to identify trends and areas of improvements internally based on the insights gathered.

• Conducting measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the company services are performing on customer performance parameters.

• Collaborating with other departments that have an impact on customers such as: Technology and Marketing to highlight customer feedback, needs and expectations.

• Provide training and support to non-sales staff to improve customer centric believes.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

• Have proper analytical skills

• Very good communication skills (Externally & Internally), both verbal and written

• Attention to details and ability to multitask
• Creative
• Very good presentation skills and compute skills
• Very good in navigating internet

• Good in English

• Ability to learn and self-improvement
