Custom Writings Review: Ordering Experience

You probably already know where this Custom Writings review is going…

To start my Custom Writings review, I visited their website and looked for information about their writers.

Right out of the gate, I noticed that Custom Writings is based in Cyprus, where most online essay writing services are based. Cyprus is not an English-speaking country, so it is safe to say that they would employ foreign writers to write college essays for American students. Why is this unfortunate? Well, you wanted to know, “Is Custom Writings legit?” If they use foreign writers, how much of a grasp of English can they have? Think about it! Their website is also annoying.

Immediately, I was super frustrated because there were no pages to navigate. For example, there is no “About Us” or “Contact” page, no “Services” tab, or anything! Then, when you order a paper (mainly to get a price since there is also no price calculator on the Custom Writings site), it keeps bumping you back to where you started on the page. Confusing, right? Like, you literally can’t place an order! This is why reading a Custom Writings review will ultimately save you time!

Is Custom Writings Legit? Not Even Close!?

I hit a wall early on in my Custom Writings review because I couldn’t fairly compare their prices, writer profiles, or anything! The Custom Writings website is NOT legit! But what I can tell you is that you can’t communicate with a writer or customer service agent at Custom Writings. You literally can’t do anything here, so my conclusion is that Custom Writings is not a legit essay writing service!

I couldn’t believe it. A writing service in an industry that people already think is sketchy doesn’t even allow you to talk to their writing team until AFTER you pay? They don’t let you easily navigate the website, or chat with a customer service agent, or check out pricing… nothing? What are they hiding?

You must have the chance to ask writers questions before paying to ensure you choose the right one. That’s why our writers (who you can talk to) review your project details on Killer Papers before placing price offers. That is why Killer Papers is a legit writing service, but is Custom Writings legit? No way!

Custom Writings Team: You Can’t Pick Your Writer?

Despite claims from Custom Writings that they’re staffed by the very best academic writers, it’s pretty obvious they’re hiding who their writers really are. After all, they don’t let you talk to writers until after you pay.

AND - Custom Writings is big on pushing its “smart paper” service. Its idea of a smart paper is outlined in the screenshot below if you’re curious. None of it matters, though, because you can’t click on any of the tabs. They don’t work!

In contrast, Killer Papers exclusively hires USA and Canadian college-grad writers (like me, Katie, Kellie, and Marie), ensuring you get a quality experience.

Custom Writings has a website that's nice to look at, but that’s about it. It's impossible to navigate and you can't find the info you need.

On the other hand, Killer Papers has a modern, cutting-edge site with social proof, articles proving the site’s legitimacy, and easy contact options.

Writing Quality: How do they measure up?

Custom Writings has zero reviews on Sitejabber.com. That’s bleak. I mean, are they trying to tell us they’re a legit essay writing service, yet not one person was happy enough to give them a review? At Killer Papers, we use highly skilled writers who write papers that read like they were written at a college level.?

Custom Writings Customer Support & Social Media

Custom Writings has very little social media (check out their ratio of following to followers) and almost zero engagement. That’s a red flag because in 2024, what business doesn’t engage with social media??

On the other hand, Killer Papers is active on almost every social platform, including TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Custom Writings Review: Pricing

The prices at Custom Writings are a complete mystery. So, they have prompts to inquire about ordering, but none of them work! They just take you back to the page below. You can’t chat with anyone or place an order. I’d say this is proof that this is a useless scam site that just wants your information (for what? I’m not sure).?

We start our papers at Killer Papers at around $27.50/double-spaced page. We really are American and Canadian writers, and we allow you to speak with writers before you pay, and you get to pick your writer. We’re all US college graduates with impeccable writing skills.

Custom Writings Review: My Final Thoughts

There’s not much positive to say about Custom Writings. They have an ineffective website with practically no standard information. Their social media is small and unnoteworthy. They are based in a foreign country and use foreign writers… if they do papers at all (since they don’t list pricing and none of their ordering info works). Lastly, they have NO online reviews. I’m not sure what is going on with Custom Writings, but if you are still wondering, “Is Custom Writings legit?” I think you are starting to draw a pretty solid conclusion. My Custom Writings review is fair and honest. In my opinion, they can’t even be called an online essay-writing service!?

Go see for yourself. Go to their site, look around, and then compare it to Killer Papers - the difference is night and day. I promise!
