11 个月Years ago, a marketing team I worked on built customized fields within a CRM system to meet our unique needs. However, it turned out that much of what we built was offered natively by our CRM provider within a few months. The standard reporting options were really great but did not include any of our custom fields. Based on that experience, companies should think long and hard about a custom solution when you can select an off-the-shelf option that might be "close enough" to meet your needs. In my humble opinion the benefit of ongoing support (and innovation) may be well worth it! Thanks to HR Tech Solutions for teeing up this conversation!
