In 2022, SOSE partnered with Res Digital to create a custom-built onboarding platform designed to streamline the induction process and host a suite of bespoke induction videos.

The Move Away From PowerPoint

With more than 180 employees to onboard, SOSE’s previous process relied heavily on PowerPoint presentations. While functional, this approach had clear limitations:

We also produced additional content in our green screen studio to establish a consistent, professional tone throughout SOSE’s onboarding materials.
