The OPW currently have vacancies for Engineer Grade III (Civil and Structural) in Trim, Co Meath and Dublin City Centre.

The Civil & Structural Engineering section of the Office of Public Works (OPW) provides a design, advisory, surveying, and supervisory service on construction related matters to the Estate Portfolio Management (EPM) and Flood Risk Management (FRM) areas of OPW and to other Government Departments.

Civil Engineering Technician Grade I

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the lead agency in coordinating flood risk management policy and the flood relief capital programme in Ireland.

OPW requires the assistance of additional staff at Civil Engineering Technician Grade I level to support the flood risk management programme within both the Hydrometric Section and Arterial Drainage Maintenance & Construction Section of the Flood Risk Management Service.
