The Trademe listing count average for November 2019 was 190 compared to an average of 229 last year, a 17% drop. The listing numbers have risen slightly and as this writing, we are at a count of 202 listings.
Pyes Pa continues the lead of the suburbs at 16 listings followed by Otumoetai at 16, Welcome Bay at 15, Avenues Brookfield at 14 each, and Bethlehem at 13. All other suburbs are 7 and below. On the other side of the bridge, Mount Maunganui listings halved to 18, representing 9% of the total listings. Papamoa has increased to 37 listings, representing 18% of total listings. The Western Bay of Plenty count reduced to 50 listings. Katikati leads with 15 listings followed by Omokoroa with 12. Katikati rose to 15 listings. Waihi Beach remains flat at 10 as well as Te Puke at 8, and Te Puna has none.
