Summer can be a strange time of year for recruitment. July and August are usually quiet, or quieter, as most of us took some sort of summer holiday - the weeks passing in a blaze of sunshine, or to be exact, persistent rain, interspersed with a little sun, at an average temp of 18.2 degrees. And then, before you know it, here we are, almost at the August bank holiday. Two months into H2, and where has the time gone?
