- Around 10 years of experience with min 4-5 years in Python. It should be hands-on python
- Experience in setting up Python environments(local, server & virtual environments).
- Good experience in Excel-based frameworks libraries Pandas/Numpy etc.
- Good experience of RestApi, JSON.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code
- Creating technical project artifacts like HLD, performing code reviews & setting Python coding standards within the team.
- It helps team members in troubleshooting & guiding in resolving technical issues.
- Worked in lead capacity & experienced in handling clients, gathering & understanding requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Any experience on Appian or Knime is an added advantage.
- Good to have BFSI Domain Experience.
Remote(Night shift Timing: 6.30 pm to 2pm)
Resources who have product owner and Business Analyst experience.
The insurance domain is mandatory, kindly do not share profiles if you do not have 5+ years of working experience in the Insurance/BFSI industry.

- Insurance processes and systems, providing insights and recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop functional documentation.
- Lead or participate in technology-enabled transformation projects to enhance business and IT processes.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and design solutions that support business functions.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and technology solutions.
- Senior Business Analysts in the insurance industry commonly use the following tools and technologies: Advanced Excel, Azure DevOps, SQL, Visio, Agile Methodologies, reporting and analytics exposure
