Curious case of BYJU's and DEI.

I dare to assume that BYJU’S Learning is making 50% of its revenue from its girl students. But they wouldn't want to hire them in the future. An atrocious call for "Male applicants" only talks volumes about the culture and mentality of the inner business workings of Byju. Messi might endorse Byju's but I'm sure he wouldn't endorse discrimination (hopefully).

While the blog screams out in support of girl children, BYJU's has taken woke washing in India to the next level.

On the other hand, they explicitly invite male applicants. What a shame!

Sadly, I was also a BYJU customer. Worse: I got it for my daughter!

BYJU'S if your legal team has not mentioned, the Indian code on wages 2019, clearly prohibits discrimination on ground of gender while hiring. Please get all your job postings vetted and discrimination removed.
