I used to say, "I don't believe people will be replaced by AI but we will be replaced by people who use AI." I now think this statement is trite and boring.

Instead, I now think: whether we will or will not be replaced by AI boils down to us - how we use it.

Turn problem-solving into a game where AI and humans collaborate. Set challenges where AI provides data, and humans come up with the most creative solutions. Reward the most innovative ideas.

4. Use AI as a creative partner:

Treat AI as a creative partner. Use it to spark discussions, generate wild ideas, and push the boundaries of what you/your team believes is possible.

5. Practice radical transparency:

Encourage transparency about how AI is used in your organisation. Have open discussions about its benefits and limitations and foster a culture where curiosity and scepticism coexist.
