Curate your Calm: Meditation and books for Mental hygiene

We are at the last day of Mental health awareness month. However Mental hygiene is key for our wellbeing throughout the year. In our fast-paced lives, where time flies and demands seem unending, it's all too easy to overlook the significance of mental well-being. However, just like physical health, nurturing our minds and souls is essential for a balanced and fulfilling life. Mental health affects every aspect of our being, from our relationships and work performance to our overall happiness and contentment.

Last weekend I attended the Art of Silence retreat which helped increase my focus, intuition and clarity. Check out this upcoming online event hosted by How Women Lead on the timely topic of "Curate your Calm". The session will be led by my meditation teacher Bavani Ramanan (CSM)
