Having been on the receiving end of a workplace bullies, the statistics are significant in the workplace. More can be found here.
My workplace bully was a contributor who was a serial bully by being a covert abuser. They were like a walking Jenga tower with each block representing hurtful acts or gossip against colleagues that they likely have carried out over their entire professional career. I captured seven years of the serial bullying and those prior to that when she confided another instance prior to Ethicon. More on this individual was in this post.
