Reflecting on my journey over a cup of coffee ?? has been truly enlightening. Today and after long time from series 2, I'm sharing 7 habits that are crucial for success but need to be controlled to avoid negative impacts. Let's dive in!
1-? Being decent and kind with people? is important, but reserve it for those who truly deserves our kindness. Watch out for those who misuse it for personal gain, and remember to prioritize those who appreciate and respect your decency.
Embrace the reality of business: if you give monkeys a space to jump on your shoulder, be prepared for a little dirt on your shirt.
2- Loyalty is admirable, but never let it overshadow your personal growth and success. Stay true to your values, but don't get caught up in battles for those who don't value your dedication.
Engage with those who recognize your value and respect your experience. Don't waste time where it's not appreciated.
3- Trust is key, but over-trusting can lead to conflicts and broken promises. Keep everything documented and ensure clear agreements to avoid misunderstandings down the road.
And remember to watch for changes in people when personal interests clash!!

4- Small compromises can lead to bigger ones. Beware of those who justify unethical behavior, as it may escalate over time.? Stay true to your values and never justify actions that go against your principles.
5- While positive feedback is uplifting, true success comes from self-reliance. Don't rely solely on others' support; believe in yourself and your abilities to draw your own path to success.
6- Never let managers who prioritize blind obedience over talent and expertise hinder your potential. It's crucial to prioritize a nurturing environment that values your skills and contributions. Sometimes, it's better to part ways with such limiting structures, even if it may seem beneficial in the short term.
7- Appreciation is not just about words spoken in a closed room. It's about backing those words with actions and building trust through consistency. Let's remember to show our appreciation through deeds, not just declarations.
Let's remember to control these habits for a positive impact on our journey to success!
Well said These are habits can make real leaders not managers
