An interview with Stacy Fritz

In this episode, Stacy joins me to discuss how organizations can cultivate a culture of well-being in order to save lives and money. She shares her philosophy on how busy individuals can find the time to focus on their health and why a one-hour daily workout is not enough to reverse the effects of occupational or chronic sitting.?

We discuss the value of infusing fitness-focused micro-work breaks into your daily routine and ways you can incorporate them into your daily schedule. We also explain why organizations need to re-evaluate their idea of a corporate wellness strategy and reframe it to meet the needs of today’s post-pandemic workforce.

For the longest time I was not exercising. Always starting then stopping, with excuses like, "as soon as . . ." But then I had a health issue and everything changed. I've been dancing 3X a week since October and I am so much stronger, healthier. Personal well being is everything!

What an eye-opener your message is, Stacy Fritz! I know I'm not getting the exercise I need, but I didn't know the severe impact it can have on me in the short and long term. Thank you, Ana Melikian, for another excellent interview. You both saved someone's life today!
