Over the years I have been part of "culture initiatives" and have read about culture this and culture that, often a project assigned to HR to sell the CEO’s idea of culture recently read from a New York Times Bestseller Book while on a flight to a Boondoggle. We’ve all seen it and we’ve all been part of it.?"20 Steps to a Better Culture". How to create it, how employees need to fit in, how HR must take culture into consideration when hiring, etc.??
