7 Highly Effective Steps:
Leaders are responsible to create an environment and culture of high performance in their organizations where people utilize their skills efficiently and produce at their maximum- People are willing to perform better every day, but they need strategic guidance, challenges in roles, seniors support, work-life balance, redirection, reframing, and appreciation throughout in their journey.
As a leader you're responsible to provide your team the tools and the environment they need to achieve at their maximum.
1. Shared Vision
A. Set Goals: Set your Goals and purpose > translate it to your team.
B. Set individual goal for each member separately > Clarify its purpose and expectations and how he/she is contributing in bigger picture so truly understand their Value in the organization.
C. Encourage collaboration, support healthy discussions, value their useful ideas and provide them necessary tools and trainings.?
2. Make Team Calendar
where you can see the individual and whole team performance on a dynamic board, give them room to relax, don't push things in hurry, don't pressurize and confuse them by last minute changes- Your planning with each and every resource will decide the frequency and momentum.
A. Do fewer meetings and make them concise, short and to the point, ending with meaningful outcomes.
B. Don't add any last minute events to the team calendar.
3. Redesign/Decorate the Office:
A. Allow more daylight and use less artificial lights- 15% efficiency increases due to sunlight so Adjust Artificial Lighting to Suit Day lighting, Not the Other Way Around.
-Research also shows that natural light helps people to be generally much happier, calmer and less susceptible to the impact of stress.

B. Choose the right color scheme/colors in your office e.g. yellow boost energy, promote optimism, and inspire creativity.

D. Add an air freshener- According to a Japanese Study; Lemon scents produced 54 percent fewer errors, 33% fewer with jasmine and 20% fewer with lavender mistakes.
E. Create an ergonomic workplace design to prevent carpal tunnel and eye strains.
4. Identify and reduce distractions for yourself and your team.
5. Avoid micromanaging: Assign work, empower them and let them to accomplish- don't be on their head every moment.

Focus on health and Fitness: You should do exercise, enough sleep, take lunch break and encourage employees to focus on their health, provide them health fitness membership, create office environment so they can take proper lunch break, and don't do 24/7 emailing/ WhatsApp especially at weekends or after office hours.
