"Working on Wellbeing at Work’s summit I have time to reflect
On how Diversity, Culture and wellbeing intersect
They seem to have so much common ground
It’s almost as if at the hip they’re bound
Yes of course they are different,
But try this little thought experiment:
Imagine wellbeing without DEI.
I can’t do it no matter how I try.
Now think about a culture where people aren’t well
Your “values and beliefs” will be a living hell.
And working in a culture that isn’t inclusive
Well that’s just an environment that’s abusive.
See you can’t have just one or two
You need all three, so what should you do?
