Culture, creatvity, toursim and heritage
How can creatives help boost tourism? The theme of a specific strand of seminars at XpoNorth, Scotland's leading Creative Industries conference and showcase - Inverness 27th and 28th June 2018.
Whilst tourism and heritge are not new topics at XpoNorth, this is the first time we have had a strand of seminars and keynotes, specifically targetting this theme. Really excited about this as it will cover everything from co-creation of narratives for visitor attractions, remote participation - recognising and engaging with the huge audience that haven't visited yet, the use of AR and VR, the value of cultural facilities and presenting cultural heritge in a way that engages locals and visitors.
