We have been involved in many culture change program either as coaches, consultants or trainers. What we observed in common is that culture change cannot be achieved simply by putting up a list of values on the walls or in a handbook. Rather, it requires a genuine shift in the attitudes and behaviors of the C-suite executives and all members of the organization.
Common understanding about leadership in C Suite is a critical factor in driving culture change. C-suite executives need to model the behaviors they want to see in their employees, and consistently reinforce the values and behaviors that are important to the organization. This means living the values in everything they do, from decision-making to communication to collaboration. They must also be willing to hold themselves and others accountable for upholding the desired culture.
To achieve true culture change, C-suite executives need to be committed to investing the time and resources needed to make it happen. This may involve changes to systems and processes, training and development programs, and a willingness to listen to employee feedback and adapt as necessary.
Culture change is a dynamic, complex and ongoing process, but with the right leadership and approach, C-suite executives can create a more positive and productive work environment for their employees and drive long-term success for the organization.

2. Team Coaching:??We encourage them to reflect about what here and now. This level is about them looking at themselves from a deeper and from a distant point.?
3. Co-Learning:??We support them to share their learnings, experience and ideas to solve problems on the way. This level requires trial, errors, getting out of comfort zone.
