Culture Change Leadership: A New Resource for Leaders

Today we are excited to announce a new resource for leaders!

Through the Culture Change Leadership newsletter, we offer thought leadership on how to think about, visualize, and evolve your organization’s culture.

This resource will leverage the very approachable thinking and experience of many authors including Edgar and Peter Schein as well as new authors in the field such as Lon L. Swartzentruber, EPC .

We will be sharing real-world stories and experiences we have had in walking with Clients. Our hope is that you will be able to learn and engage in these stories and experience how other leaders who have navigated Culture Change Leadership. We will, of course, keep their names out of our writing, honoring our commitment to Client confidentiality.

In addition, we will be offering a more expansive sightline to understanding Culture Change Leadership. There are many technical tools available in the marketplace, including assessments, surveys, and evaluations. Many of these tools are valuable and have their place in helping you understand your organization's culture. We, however, will not be speaking or writing towards the use of these technical tools. Rather, we seek to you build towards a more organic understanding of Culture Change Leadership before you take on a big survey.

In doing so we believe that you will be better positioned to identify what you need as a leader to bring about the organizational change you seek. This approach will also position you to determine what will ultimately be helpful to you as you proceed towards your desired goals. This at the end of the day is the humble inquiry and process approach.
