Just to add a relevant point: Acting with integrity in the workplace also means acting in accordance with your workplace's ethics at all times when on official duty - even if they clash with your own. If the conflict between your personal ethics and your workplace's ethics is not manageable, you have a real or potential conflict of interest that can only be resolved by you either relinquishing your personal ethics while on official duty, or resigning from your employment.
