We learn to value the diversity, leadership, respect and recognize that everyone in the chain of command is an essential part of the entire organization. Nowadays, the administrative professional has broadened their knowledge, taking advantage of the development opportunities in the workplace. We have grown into other positions such as executive assistant or project manager, to mention a couple of examples.
