Educational Foundation: A Solid Beginning

Asya, a graduate from VIA University College in Denmark, joined our ranks armed with a Bachelor's degree in International Sales and Marketing Management, complemented by minors in Market Research and Digital Marketing. Her academic prowess set the stage for what would become a remarkable professional journey.

The Beginning

Amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 era, Asya approached MarketStar Bulgaria (then Out2bound) with an interest in taking an internship that can be aligned with her academic pursuits. Despite the prevailing circumstances, we recognized her potential and made an exception as we didn’t then have an internship role at that moment. The interview revealed not just a candidate but a future asset.

Rising to the Challenge: From Intern to Full-Time Market Researcher

Starting off her journey as a Market Researcher in June 2020, Asya's impact was immediate. Collaborating with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), she played an important role in lead generation activities during a time when adaptability and resilience were paramount. Three months into her role, the great fit with our culture and her instrumental contributions during the Covid crisis led to a full-time position, setting her commitment to MarketStar Bulgaria.

From Junior Marketing Specialist to Marketing Expert: A Swift Ascent

Recognizing Asya's unwavering commitment and expanding skill set, a promotion to Junior Marketing Specialist followed within six months. This elevated role saw her spearheading content creation across all our social media platforms, influencing the company's marketing strategy, and contributing significantly to branding initiatives and website content.

Fast forward three years, Asya now stands as one of our most seasoned employees, holding the key role position of Marketing Specialist. In this capacity, she orchestrates all facets of marketing, social engagement, and employer branding, working in tandem with the management team and the HR manager in MarketStar Bulgaria.

The SalesPRO Project

Not confined to traditional roles, Asya took on the challenge of becoming a Project Manager for SalesPRO, our e-learning program for B2B tech sales professionals. Her responsibilities include administration, work with key stakeholders and partners, social media engagement, student relations, strategy formulation, event coordination, and content development.
