An action that once felt routine slipped away, demonstrating how pressure can affect even the most prepared individuals.

Consider the Commanders’ missed PAT. It wasn’t a lack of skill or preparation that tripped them up, but the crushing weight of pressure. The noise of internal and external expectations got in the way. The same dynamic occurs daily for C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and department heads facing board presentations, market shifts, or organizational crises.
